Description of Mark

Below the word "ROCHER" is a gold-wrapped candy ball with a brown and gold striped wrapper at the base of the ball. To the left of the gold candy ball is a portion of the unwrapped candy in brown. To the right of the gold candy ball is a brown hazelnut and green leaf. On the upper right side of the oval, there are two red hearts. One heart is completely visible and the other heart is partially covered by the white oval. The goods can be viewed through the clear portion of the container. The colors gold, red, green and brown are claimed as features of the mark.
