The mark consists of a globe subdivided vertically with the left half having a blue color subdivided into a few longitudinal and latitude lines. The right half of the vertical subdivision is orange in color with one shade mark generally following about two thirds of the outer diameter. From a point near the bottom of the globe a sweeping orange stem extends outside and around the right half of the vertical subdivision and back toward the top of the globe and above the globe. The orange stem terminates in a pair of green leaves, one of which is generally aligned with the final extent of the orange stem and another which is about half the length of the longer leaf and bears a forty five degree angle to the brown stem.
