The applicant has a bona fide intention to exercise legitimate control over the use of the certification mark in commerce. The applicant will not engage in the production of marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied. The certification mark, as used (or intended to be used) by authorized persons, certifies (Or is intended to certify) that the individual or entity is competent in the investigation and evaluation of indoor environmental conditions across the spectrum of public, commercial and residential buildings, and in prescribing the methods and procedures to remediate, control and prevent adverse indoor environmental incidents, and comprehensively addressing microbial contamination issues that may cause damage to property and materials, and harm human health in Class B.
