"The mark consists of the stylized words and design which make up the mark shown on the Drawing Page submitted with this application contains the following significant color scheme. A border in pink, which fades outward to grey, surrounds a wavey, corrugated, grey background, and the following words and design elements. The words "Cafe Rio Hondo" are red with a yellow border, and above the "e" in "Cafe" is a red chili pepper. Traveling through those words ("Cafe Rio Hondo") is a stylized stream of water (representing a river), which consists of darker blue in the bottom half and lighter blue in the top half. On the left end of the stylized river are two chili peppers (the larger is red, and the smaller is green). At the right end of the stylized river is a bird whose main body is magenta, with a head of yellow-orange, green crest, and multi-colored beak (consisting of yellow, orange and red). The words "Mexican Grill" are in black on top of a faded pink background, and over a solid grey line."
