The mark consists of a leftmost U in the traditional writing orientation is joined at it's end stroke point to the rightmost U shape's starting stroke point. The rightmost U is rotated 90 degree counterclockwise to the leftmost U, forming a concatenation of '3UP' with a loosely formed number '3', and an abridged 'UP'. A square at the top left of the mark is positioned at the intersection point from the start stroke point of the leftmost U and end stroke point of the rightmost U. This square's sides are both the same length as the U shapes width. The square at the top left of the mark is colored Pantone® solid coated 29950, or is 100% Cyan (0), 0% Magenta (M), 0% Yellow (Y), and 0% Black (K) in OMYK color space. The two letter 'U' shapes have a shadow embossed effect, in that, these shapes appear to be cylindrical in cross section although they are not three dimensional. This is effected by a gradient shadow with the lightest part of the U shapes being the centerlines of the U shapes and darkening linearly away from those centerlines. The color of these two letter "U" shapes are shades of Black from 100% Black (K) at the edges to 20% Black (K) at the centerlines.
