The mark consists of the block letter "A" in a dark handicap blue color and a group of block letters "ESSIBLE" in the same dark handicap blue color, where the block letter "A" and the block letters "ESSIBLE" are separated from one another by a pair of handicap symbols each depicted in two different shades of handicap blue, a lower wheel portion in the same dark handicap blue as the block letters and the remaining portion of the handicap symbol in a light almost gray shade of handicap blue. The block letter "A" and the leftmost one of the handicap symbols are interconnected by a group of spaced apart horizontal lines having the same light almost gray shade of handicap blue utilized in the remaining portion of the handicap symbol. Another group of spaced apart horizontal lines in the same light almost gray shade of handicap blue color extend from the leftmost handicap symbol to the left edge wheel portion of the right most handicap symbol. The block letters and handicap symbols are shown disposed above and slightly spaced from a horizontal baseline in the same dark handicap blue color as the block letters and wheel portions of the handicap symbols, with the baseline extending from under the block letters and handicap symbols slightly to the right and slightly to the left. The different shades of the handicap blue color are a feature of the mark.
