The certification mark is intended to be used by authorized persons to certify that residential structures bearing the mark meet certain minimum standards of natural disaster resistance in International Class A in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 1051(b), as amended. The Applicant has a bona fide intention to exercise legitimate control over the use of the mark on or in connection with the above identified goods. The mark will be used on a document identifying the residential building structure and indicating that the subject structure has met the certification standards set by the Applicant by means of actual on-site inspection.
