Description of Mark
The mark consists of a configuration of a chair, namely, a one-piece folded shell having a back with a slotted design that exposes the frame of the chair, and a curved top that extends downward, with an inward sweep of the sides to a curved seat; the curvature of the top is completed by the frame; a horizontal portion of the frame is held by hooks on the rear of the back portion of the shell; the horizontal portion of the frame curves around to form the arms of the chair; the base of the chair is a dome supported by a large cylindrical post extending nearly to the floor, from which four legs arch outward to the floor, each terminating in a caster.
