The mark consists of a configuration of a chair, namely, a one-piece folded shell having a back with a slotted design that exposes the frame of the chair, and a curved top that extends downward, with a inward sweep of the sides to a curved seat; the curvature of the top is completed by the frame; a horizontal portion of the frame is held by hooks on the rear of the back portion of the shell; the frame curves downward to form the back legs of the chair, which are slightly flared and curve toward the back; once the back legs reach the floor they curve parallel to the floor toward the front of the chair to form the base, which then curves up to form the front legs, which curve slightly forward and extend upward to the portion of the frame supporting the seat. The material shown in the broken lines, namely the legs of the chair, are not claimed as part of the mark.
