Employment skills training services in the nature of tutoring on the subjects of math, English, science, history and spelling, GED preparation, job readiness training, hands-on experience in work environments, instruction in resume writing, job researching and interviewing and basic computer skills training; educational services, namely conducting collaborations in the nature of classes, seminars, conferences and workshops with schools and communities to educate school staffs and the public about asthma, lead poisoning, teen pregnancy, nutrition, and foster care placement and avoidance; creating and performing live educational performances, namely, skits and vignettes at schools, hospitals, and treatment centers, and through various media, namely radio and television to educate the public on topics related to teen problems, namely, pregnancy prevention, gangs, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, and suicide; conducting after-school educational and recreational programs for children and teenagers in primary and secondary schools and college, in the field of pregnancy prevention, gangs, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, and suicide; and conducting summer day camp programs; educational services, namely conducting programs for parents and adolescent groups designed to avoid the placement of children in foster homes; training services for parents designed to avoid the placement of children in foster homes; educational services namely providing homework assistance to adolescent students to avoid the placement of children in foster homes

Counseling of children, youth and their families in the fields of asthma, lead poisoning, teen pregnancy, nutrition, caring for children with emotional disturbances, and foster care placement and avoidance; providing licensed mental health clinic services providing foster care residency placement services; charitable services in the nature of supplying meals, clothing, laundry facilities, shower facilities, housing assistance and ambulette services to homeless youth
