The certification mark, as being used by authorized persons, certifies that the individual has completed a Professional Convention Management Association ("PCMA") educational training and testing certification program and met PCMA and professional meeting industry standards with respect to maximizing the adult learning environment, including principles of adult learning, setting objectives, conducting evaluations, budgeting, effective use of audiovisual learning tools, room sets, and effective committee meetings.
