The Certifier also submits a copy of the standards it uses to determine whether the services will be certified. The Certifier exercises legitimate control over the use of the certification mark. The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the Certifier, certifies that persons performing nursing services have met the standards, qualifications, and testing requirements established by the Certifier. The Certifier is not engaged in the production or marketing of any services to which the certification mark is applied.
