The mark consists of three interlay circles with three interlay triangles in the center, one in an upward position and one in a downward position. Sixteen pedals in the outer circle and eight pedals in the inner circle above the word "YOGA". Below the word "YOGA" are two interlay circles with the words written in the first circle "YOGA HEART MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT", plus two triangles interlay in the center, one in an upward position and one in a downward position forming a six-pointed star. A male figure sits in the center, cross-legged with a twelve-pedal lotus surrounding a six-pointed star on his chess containing and East Indian symbol which represents the word "love" At the bottom of the downward triangle is a caduceus without the wings. One each side of the caduceus are three olive leaves. Below the symbol are the words, "YOU GOTTA HAVE HEART".
