The mark consists, in part, of the stylized representation of the letter "C" carved from stone. At a second carved stone base holds the "C" and adds another design element to the sculpture. At a second glance, the base in conjunciton with the letter "C" then becomes the letter "S". The letter "C" and the letter "S" are two letters symbolizing the company name, Champlain Stone, Ltd. Stone boulders are scattered randomly around the base of the carved "C", "S" sculpture. Mountains and a wooded scene are in the background of the carved sculpture depicting a natural outdoor setting, which is indicative of the scenery at Champlain Stone's natural stone quarry location.
