The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a builder's level comprising a four sided polygon containing the wording "KAPRO" at the bottom right of the mark, with two resilient pads at the top, a horizontal level indicator in the middle, an oval shaped hang hole on the right and a circle shaped vertical level indicator on the left as depicted in the drawing. The color black appears in the wording "KAPRO" and on the arrow design element. The color red appears as the base color of the builder's level. The color white represents outlining in the following places: the hang hole on the right; the horizontal level indicator in the middle; the circle shaped vertical level indicator; the slanted oval shaped hole on the left side; the resilient pads appearing on the top of the builder's level; and as transparent areas on the top of the level on the left side and in the middle. The colors red and black are claimed as features of the mark. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
