Provide consulting services for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities & independent living facilities in the following fields: develop a master plan for facilities under construction, developed a time line for tasks to accomplish to open facility by target date, develop conceptual design of facility layout, developed policies & procedures, developed a resident handbook, develop a menu, developed a merit pay system, improve the operational system of existing facilities, offer a seal of approval to facilities that meet our standards and allow them to use our life care Resort name.
