Publications, namely, books featuring the importance of access to play in the development of children with special needs, adaptation of toys, computers and play activities for children with special needs, and topics related to disability, toys, computers, play and family support; printed curriculum guides featuring inclusive early childhood play groups and information regarding early childhood development and related topics on disability, toys computers and family support; printed developmental guides, educational training manuals and newsletters featuring information about network and current events for parents, professionals and those interested in providing funds for children with special needs; printed publications, namely, guides for identifying toys and software for children at various age levels; guides for parents regarding play and how a child develops; how-to manuals regarding adaptation of toys; how-to manuals regarding creation of an accessible Halloween house; guides regarding software resources for parents and teachers of children with special needs; and how-to manuals regarding the use of toys and computers to teach children with special needs

Educational services, namely, conducting classes and one-on-one training for parents and educational professionals featuring the importance of play in the development of children and how to make play accessible for children with special needs, and on the related topics of physical and mental disabilities of children, appropriate toys for such children, the use of computers for such children, and family support of such children; educational services, namely, conducting classes and one-on-one training for children and their families in the field of facilitated play using computers; providing library lending services featuring lending of toys, books, software and related materials to families of children with special needs
