The design element consists of a square shape created by a black lined border rotated so that the two corners are aligned horizontally and the other two are aligned vertically, within which there are three quadrilateral shapes of equal size, one green in color, one blue in color and one red in color. The attached drawing of the design element of the mark has been provided in color to indicate the colors green, blue and red, and such colors are claimed as a feature of the mark.
