To engage in Funding, Fund Raising, Promotion and other related activities involved in the conduct of lawful Gun Buy Back programs To include but not limited to programs where the public is offered opportunities and economic incentives to turn in firearms for disposal or other appropriate disposition to public entities such as law enforcement or other entities or agencies as appropriate This excludes common trade between the public and Federally Licensed Firearms dealers
