The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that the website hosting services so certified meet the following minimum criteria: provides telephonic customer support twenty-four hours per day/seven days per week; provides either an E-mail based on a web-based customer support system; provides an online self-help library; provisions accounts within twenty-four hours of receiving the order for goods and services; has established a business account with a financial institution; and has provided evidence of incorporation or registration with local governing authorities as a business entity.
