The mark consists of the following phrases each written on its own line aligned to the right; "THE WEB" on the first line, "THE STORE" on the second line, "THE CONCERTS" on the third line, "THE RADIO STATION" on the fourth line, "THE RECORDING COMPANY" on the fifth line, "THE JAZZ & BLUES"on the sixth line and "COMPANY" on the seventh line. The first five lines are written in all capital letters in the same size font. On the sixth line, "THE" is written in lower case letters, "JAZZ" is written in extra large lower case bold letters, and "& BLUES" is written in all capital letters superimposed over the "ZZ" in "JAZZ". The seventh line is written in lower case letters. All the terms appear in a rectangle with a circle in the top left hand corner.
