Partners In Health is a 501(C) (3) charitable organization which requests registration of the service mark for the following services-- the provision of health care services to poor communities in the United States and other countries, including the provision of technical and financial assistance for affiliated organizations in those poor communities and the provision of medical supplies to the populations of those poor communities
