Individualized investment consulting and asset management services, namely comprehensive investment management and monitoring services; whereby a client's entire investment holding are reviewed for potential inefficiencies and recommendations made to assist in financial goal achievement; with a quarterly reporting structure to provide the data in an individualized format; individualized asset allocation and implementation services whereby each client's needs are determined and specific allocations are generated for each client and the choices of investment options implemented; investment services whereby information regarding a client's individualized situation results in the selection of a investment manager and such search and selection process is communicated to the client; investment services whereby client statements and investment accounts are reconciled for accuracy and analyzed; investment evaluation services, namely investment advice and consultation regarding the evaluation of investment performance and comparison of said performance against client-relevant benchmark indices and managed peer groups; and investment management services whereby investment activity and information is communicated to the investor
