Applicant-certifier, Farm Verified Organic, Inc., seeks registration of the mark FVO shield (logo) for certifying use of the mark by others on such organically grown, processed and packaged foods, food ingredients and other products for human consumption and use and animal feed and related products used in the production of food, as having been gown in soil, water or other media free from the application of harmful chemical fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides and pesticides and, if processed, as having been processed without use of harmful chemicals or other harmful materials.
