services managed and staffed by Advanced Practice Nurses (APN), RN's, paraprofessionals and physician on consult; offered as a (at cost) service to existing day care agencies and large corporations; care would be provided to day care children who become acutely ill during their attendance to the day care and children who exhibit exarcerbation of chronic illnesses delineated by J & L Enterprises; these services will be provided during the course of the regular day care hours; large corporations will have an option to open their own day care or refer their employees to an existing sick day care
