services related to the treatment and control of hemophilia and other bleeding disorders including von Willebrand disease, as well as any related illnesses for children and adults under one roof in a hospital-free environment; comprehensive services include having blood drawn, nutritional counseling, physical therapy and social services, coordinating with hospitals for intermediate care when necessary; it provides a library and videos for information on blood dieseases and complementary therapies and it provides educational seminars on wellness and family issues; it also provides personal counseling on relaxation techniques and communication skills, support groups, in-home assessments and patient evaluations, home infusion training and recommendations of supportive living re hemophilia; it provides mobile clinics for making regular visits to outlying areas; it also provides case management of hemophilia care, and coordinates services with individual primary care physicians and medical providers, needs of patient and requirements of reimbursement provider; comprehensive activity reports are provided
