The mark depicts, beginning at its center, a gold, orange/red ball having the effect of a glowing "sun" inside of a blue/purple square. The square is inside a larger blue/purple square. A semicircle of orange/red arcs from all four sides of the inner square out to the edge of the larger square at its side center points. This second, larger square is inside a final square which has the identical characteristics as the second square. Overlapping the three-square box is a four-armed spiral in yellow/gold which appears to be spinning in a counter-clockwise rotation. Each arm of the spiral is made up of ten dashes. The dashes are shaped round at the nucleus of the spiral and metamorphose into lightning bolts at the outer edge of the mark. The most outside lightning-bolt dash on each arm is outside of the three-square box.
