The certification mark as intended to be used by authorized persons is intended to certify that the toys, games, electronic devices and novelty items meet or exceed the Certifier's requirements of quality and suitability for children in accordance with standards established by the Certifier. Certifier intends to exercise legitimate control over the use of the mark and will not engage in the production or marketing of the goods to which the mark is applied.
