indicating membership in applicant organization; the applicant organization consists of managers of private clubs, each of which is (i) styled after the traditional English Gentleman's Club, (ii) has been in existence for at least 100 years, (iii) has membership recognized by their rank and integrity in their community, (iv) does not allow corporate memberships, and (v) is noted for excellent standards of food, service and wine cellar; representatives of the applicant organization visit a club proposed for membership to determine if the club meets the criteria listed above and once membership is granted the clubs are monitored for continued compliance with the criteria
