The certifier has a bona fide intention ot exercise legitimate control over the use of the certification mark in commerce in connection with the above identified services. The certification mark as used by authorized persons is intended to certify that the hospitality and tourism profession meets or exceed the certifier's requirement of true professionalism, as evidenced by meeting the skills standards established by the national skills standards board for the hospitality and tourism industry and other skill standards established by the certifier.
