providing consulting, training, and business management functions, to include licensing a business format to others that consists of some or all of the following; 1) a set of products and services organized into "service packages" designed to meet the needs of commercially used fleet units; 2) a set of policies, procedures, and the "FLEETPRO" quality based incentive pay plan; 3) hardware, equipment, tool, inventory and supply systems in both truck mounted and fixed base versions to reliably deliver the products and services; 4) recruitment, selection, training, and review programs; 5) an operations, customer relations, and business management system that documents the daily, weekly, and monthly procedures; 6) a computer based system that provides for scheduling and billing the service; providing maintenance and inspection services for vehicles and equipment; namely, autos, trucks, tractors, buses, vans, trailers, forklifts, cranes, crawler dozers, loaders, generators, backhoes, trenchers, compressors, pavers, rollers, graders, industrial and aerial lift trucks, excavators, skidders, scrapers, compactors, logging equipment, industrial and farm tractors, boats and other marine engines, airplane, helicopter, air transport engines (organized into service packages and additional services)
