communication services; namely, providing telecommunications network facilities and services to others for the transmission of voice and data; namely, providing services and facilities to others in the fields of public-switched long distance telecommunications, integrated services digital networks (ISDN), and leasing private line facilities for both voice and data; and providing services to others in the fields of telecommunications planning, maintenance and management; high-definition television transmission; voice and video teleconferencing; voice, text and facsimile messaging; telephone credit cards and calling cards; operator-assisted long distance telephone communications; translation and interpretation; and telecommunications services billing analysis
