The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by applicant certifies that; the appraisal services are performed by a multi-skilled professional of proven education, experience, knowledge, reporting abilities, ethical practice, and ownership or employment in an accredited gemological laboratory, in the field of gemology, who has satisfied the criteria set forth in the attached brochure, entitled, "THE MASTER GEMOLOGIST APPRAISER", or such criteria as may be determined from time to time by applicant.
