architecture, engineering and designing civil, industrial and defense related projects such as buildings, industrial complexes, bases, highways and bridges (hereinafter called "facilities"); the applicant provides services by preparing the designs and construction related services for these facilities; applicant sells its architectural and engineering services to municipalities, industries, institutions, public and private entities that desire to have new facilities constructed or existing facilities renovated or remodeled; the applicant's designs are manifested in blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications which it prepares and which are used by others for the construction of the facilities; applicant has adopted and is using the trademark shown in the accompanying drawings for marking business promotional materials, technical reports, business communications, the blueprints it has prepared, and covers for technical documents such as specifications and bid documents
