The fur garments have been made of mink pelts which conform to the following standards; the pelts have been produced by a fur farmer or fur rancher who is a member of Canada Mink Breeders Association and such pelts are graded as part of an auction lot by a qualified grader acceptable to Canada Mink Breeders Association and such grading is performed before a representative of Canada Mink Breeders Association and such grading is effected in accordance with accepted standards with respect to sex of the animal, colour characteristics, pectoral quality, and uniform characteristics of the auction lot and such pelts are part of the superior 35% approximately, of the total auction lot offered, as determined by the said standards; in addition, the standard of workmanship and the quality of the pelts used in the manufacture of such garments shall be subject to the approval of authorized dealers of Canada Mink Breeders Association.
