The certification mark, as used by manufacturers, authorized by applicant certifies (1) that the manufacturer of the electronic pest control product, if cord connected, be UL or CSA listed, or listed by some other similar recognized laboratory in the United States of America or in a country foreign thereto; (2) that any claims made by such manufacturers on products, literature, or packaging complies with EPCA formulas, plus or minus 5% in wattage of lamps and area of coverage; (3) that any such electronic pest control product must have minimum one year warranty; (4) that the EPCA seal be used on products, literature, packaging, or elsewhere, only provided it meets the above specified standard and guidelines.
