The certification mark, that will be used by persons authorized by applicant, will certify that such persons are members of the applicant, Jay H. Loevy, d.b.a. Perspectives In Accounting and Certified Bookkeepers Of America, and each of such persons (1) has at least two years of bookkeeping experience; (2) has successfully passed an examination conducted by applicant that tests that person's competence and ability to provide bookkeeping services; and (3) has met educational requirements set by applicant which will further establish that such person is competent and qualified to provide bookkeeping services. Therefore, the mark will serve to certify that the above-named services originate and emanate from persons who will have satisfied the qualifications and standards established by applicant and who are members thereof.
