independent testing laboratory services and consulting engineering services, including; chemical analysis, metallurgy, and mechanical testing of metals; physical and chemical properties testing of plastics, rubbers, textiles, composites, and ceramics; environmental testing of products and materials; static and cyclic mechanical testing of furniture and related products, including components thereof; metrology and calibration of industrial gauging equipment; electrical and electronic testing; design and fabrication of special jig, fixture, and testing apparatus and systems; sales and support services for gauging, testing, measuring, and environmental test systems and instruments; training services for inspectors and test equipemnt operators; conduct of formal testing and certification procedures at client request, including such services performed at client facilities; and other related services as may requested
