The applicant further has a bona fide intention to adopt the mark and to exercise legitimate control over its use. The mark, as intended to be used by persons authorized b applicant, will certify that the goods meet environmentally sensitive production standards; meet standards for hazardous chemicals and food-borne bacteria; and meet other standards related to protecting the environment when the goods are produced, used and discarded.
