consultation pertaining to the design of timekeeping and security systems; servicing computer equipment, computer payroll equipment, timekeeping and attendance equipment and devices, and security and access control devices; consultation pertaining to the design and use of systems based on time and attendance clocks primarily to document, monitor and verify employee attendance and time on the job, time stamps, time cards, and all types of accessories related thereto, such as items used to collect information regarding employee time and attendance, and to determine hours worked, wages paid, job costing and labor distribution; consultation pertaining to the use of systems based on computer software designed to interpret, collate and analyze inputed data into paychecks, tax reports and other reports and analyses; consultation pertaining to the design of security and access control and alarm monitoring systems
