Management Company, Inc. v. Floyd R. Farleigh, individually and Afternoon Delight, Inc. and Afternoon Delight, Inc. v. Lawrence F. Hedeman, individually, and/or through corporations controlled by him providing that Registration No. 1,088,383 be restricted to the area of the United States comprising the District of Columbia, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, that portion of California south of Fresno, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia; Now, therefore, it is ordered that said registration be, and the same hereby is, restricted to the area comprising the District of Columbia, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, that portion of California south of Fresno, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia in accordance with the provisions of Section 37 of the Trademark Act of 1946.
