Whereas Registration No. 1,085,119 has been involved in Concurrent Use Proceeding No. 512, Hasslocher Enterprises, Inc. v. Montgomery Ward & Co., Incorporated; and Whereas it has been determined that registrant's rights in the mark shown in said registration for the services specified therein are superior only in that area of the United States excluding therefrom the following counties: Bexar, Medina, Atascosa, Wilson, Guadalupe, Kendall, Comal, Hays, Blanco, Caldwell, Travis, Burnet, Williamson, Lee, and Bastrop in the State of Texas; and Now, therefore, it is ordered that said registration be, and the same hereby is, restricted to exclude the following counties of the State of Texas: Bexar, Medina, Atascosa, Wilson, Guadalupe, Kendall, Comal, Hays, Blanco, Caldwell, Travis, Burnet, Williamson, Lee and Bastrop in accordance with the provisions of 15 U.S.C. Section 1068.
