The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the goods. The configuration includes a dome-shaped cover seated on a base, and an open-top outer carton that partially surrounds the base and widens toward the bottom, an upper portion of the base appearing above the outer carton. The upper portion of the base has a flat outer portion and raised projections extending above the flat outer portion. The outer carton has four panels, including a front panel with a low, straight upper edge, a back panel with a higher, straight upper edge, and a right panel and a left panel between them. The upper edge of each of the right panel and the left panel rises from the front panel to the back panel and has a convex curve at its lower portion and a straight line at its upper portion that meets the upper edge of the back panel. The solid lines depict the claimed portions of the dome-shaped cover, base, and outer carton. All matter shown in broken lines, including the product within the dome-shaped cover and the middle portions of the upper edges of the right panel and the left panel, is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the claimed configuration.
