The mark consists of four concentric circles of various coloration and shading, a solid black swash that extends from left to right and the numbers 10 through 1 listed vertically in descending order within the inner three circles. The innermost circle is solid white. The next largest circle is a continuous color gradient of rainbow colors with yellow being the topmost color and transitioning into green to the right. The next largest circle is a gradient of gray with the darkest gray on the left-hand side and the lightest gray on the right-hand side. The outermost circle is comprised of twelve, separate, rainbow colors that are each outlined in black with yellow in the position to the left of vertical on the top of the circle and light green to the right of the vertical. The solid, black swash is narrow on the left-hand edge of the outermost circle, moves in an upward wave, descends mid-circle and narrows again as it ends at the right-hand side of the outermost circle. The numbers 10 through 1, in black, are in descending order, vertically, within the inner three circles. The numbers 10 through 7 are above the swash and the numbers 5 through 1 are below the swash. The number 6 is not listed. The colors are a feature of the mark.
