The mark consists of a toucan with dark blue arms, trunk periphery, back of neck, and back and top of head with a light blue chevron pattern overlaid atop the dark blue, a white stomach, front of neck, and face shown with an open blue right eye, an orange, light blue, and dark blue open beak and a red tongue within its mouth, and a dark blue left hand giving a thumbs up with light blue and orange strips on its wrists at the bottom of the dark blue arms. The toucan has a star design on its white stomach, the star design consisting of four chevrons, each forming a right angle, where the points of the chevrons meet and a dot is positioned within each of the chevrons and the top chevron and dot are in dark blue, the right chevron and dot are in dark orange, the bottom chevron and dot are in light orange, and the left chevron and dot are in light blue.
