The mark consists of the trade dress for a fuel pump island comprising a coordinated arrangement of fuel dispensing and customer interface elements aligned along a common island. From left to right, the trade dress includes: (i) a fuel category sign in the form of a vertically oriented sign structure positioned at one end of the island; (ii) a fuel dispenser having a generally rectangular housing including a horizontally extending branding band at approximately mid height, the band having a blue background, white lettering, and a green accent line extending along a lower edge, and further including a checkered pattern comprising alternating contrasting squares arranged in a grid-like configuration appearing on portions of the housing; (iii) a vertically extending pump column positioned adjacent to the fuel dispenser, the column having a substantially rectangular profile, a predominantly blue appearance, and including branding and fuel pump number indicia; and (iv) a freestanding customer interface structure positioned adjacent to the pump column, the structure comprising a vertically oriented, generally equilateral triangular column having three substantially equal planar faces, defined sharp vertical edges, and a substantially flat top surface, with one planar face including a display screen. The trade dress further includes ground surface markings positioned in front of the fuel dispenser and customer interface structure, the markings appearing as a contrasting geometric or linear "pitstop" design on the pavement surface. The colors blue, green, white, and light gray are claimed as features of the mark. The dotted or broken lines indicate positioning of the mark on the trade dress and are not a feature of the mark.
