The mark consists of a top view of an umbrella design, where panels of the umbrella are concentrically shaded in three different colors, the innermost first circle is shaded with an orange color, the second circle outside the first circle is shaded with a light orange color, and a third circle outside the second circle shaded with a red color; a flower design appears in the center of the umbrella are shaded with a red color with a round core in brown; the 24 ribs of the umbrella evenly radiate from the outer circumference of the first circle and are shaded with two different colors; the part of umbrella ribs passing through the second circle is light brown, the part of umbrella ribs passing through the third circle is brown; a group of floral designs outlined in white lines or shaded with a white color in the third circle or the second circle appear from the upper right to the lower left of the umbrella; wordings "Hannari", "BEEF", and "KYOTO" in three rows appear below the umbrella design, each in a different stylized font; the wording "Hannari" consists of fanciful fonts where the horizontal stroke of the first letter "H" in the seven letters of "Hannari" slopes from upper left to lower right and is very narrow, the second and third letters "an" and the fifth and sixth letters "ar" are respectively connected with a very narrow and sloping stroke; a dot of the seventh letter "i" consist of a floral design; the wordings "Hannari" and "BEEF" appear in black; and the wording "KYOTO" appears in red. Other than as previously described, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
