creating and storing an electronic record of an animal in a database, with the electronic record including photographs of the animal and a written description of certain physical attributes of the animal; creating and storing an electronic record of a horse in a database, with the electronic record including photographs of the horse and a written description of certain physical attributes of the horse; validating the identity of an animal via a physical inspection and comparison to data and information previously stored in an electronic record of that animal; and validating the identity of a horse via a physical inspection and comparison to data and information previously stored in an electronic record of that horse
