The mark consists of a configuration of an electrical cattle prod handle featuring a bottom comprised of first rear and second forward bottom surfaces intersecting at a deep angle, the second bottom surface having two inline switches and a forward lip surface, the handle has generally flat side surfaces which angle vertically from the bottom surface, the sides have two surfaces being interconnected by first rear and second forward flat top surfaces, intersecting at a shallow angle, the first forward top surface having a forward lip surface, the rear comprised of a surface angled vertically from the first bottom rear surface and bounded by the side surfaces and the first rear top surface, a second forward top surface curves gradually to the rear top surface, the front comprising a curved surface extending to the bottom from its lip surface and a curved surface extending to the top lip surface and baring a threaded lip aperture there between.
