On the dinosaur's head is a gold crown that is outlined in black and has an area shaded in white to depict light reflection. The dinosaur is placed on a circular carrier that is filled with blue and has five concentric circles forming a border. The concentric circles that alternate colors between orange and yellow. The dinosaur's hand on the right side of the mark (the left hand) is pointed downward with its palm open, and the dinosaur's hand on the left side of the mark (the right hand) is pointed upward with its palm open. All other uses of white in the drawing represent background areas and are not features of the mark.
